        the Gizmo Garage pre-conference at which I could  simultaneously
        increase my skill level with gadgets and learn about the program
        or do I need to take the preconference about delivering youth
        services now that Thelma is retiring?</span></p>

        technology, The Edge Initiative.  It will give us information to
