<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We are embarking on a $2.4 million capital campaign. My Friends of the Library have little accounting experience and capacity. We want to accept money as the Friends non-profit, but use the city to help us manage
the funds – track, report and pay out to developer and contractor, etc. (We do not have a foundation.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
