<p class="MsoNormal">I’m looking for library policies/practices that govern user behaviors outside the building. Such areas might include a parking lot, front lawn, sidewalks, patio, etc. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’m really interested in whether those areas are considered the library’s responsibility to enforce, and how you carry out that enforcement. How do you respond when someone reports a problem in those areas? Do those areas have open/closed
hours? When you exclude someone from the library, are those areas included in the exclusion?
