<p class="MsoNormal">Crook County Library is revising its technology plan, more or less from scratch. We are working primarily from professional literature and best practices guides, but it would also be useful to see a few sample technology plans so that we
know we’re on track with public libraries of a similar size and budget. Unfortunately, the few tech plans that have been openly shared online have mostly come out of urban libraries on the East Coast and aren’t so easy to adapt/apply to our needs.

<p class="MsoNormal">So we turn to Libs-OR. If you don’t mind sharing your recently revised (no more than 3 years) technology plan, please let me know at
