<p class="MsoNormal">Nominations are being accepted for the <b>ABC-CLIO
Award for the Best Book in Library Literature. </b>This is an annual
award to honor the best book published in library literature. This book
may help library professionals in the areas of management principles and
practice, understanding and application of new techniques, or furthering the
education of librarians or other information specialists.  The award
includes $2,500 and a gold-framed citation, donated by ABC-CLIO.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Nominated books:</p>

<ul type="disc">
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">must deal with topics and issues pertinent to library
     professionals</span></li>
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">must be an original work</span></li>
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">may be part of a monographic series</span></li>
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">must be published in the United States or Canada</span></li>
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">may be of joint authorship</span></li>
 <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">must have been published between January 1 and December
     31 of 2014</span></li>
</ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'">*Please send nominations by December
1st, 2014, including the author and title of book, and brief reasons for
