If you are a Network member in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, we want to support your good ideas and encourage you to submit a proposal!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'>Proposals will be accepted until <strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'>February 17</span></strong>, 2015.
