<p class="MsoNormal">I am preparing for a major reorganizing project at my library. We are a staff of 20 moving several collections during our In-Service and I’m wondering if anyone has advice/experience with how to best assign tasks for a project like this.
In the past we’ve had teams of 2 people working together on loading and re-shelving carts with sections of the collection but this can get backed up easily. Feel free to respond off-list. I appreciate any insight.
