Yes, the law as written prohibits lighting up in public, but we need to consider…<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>-A 21 year old hanging out in/near the teen area with a joint tucked behind each ear.
