Need a Registration Scholarship to OVRS?<br>
<br>
Scholarships for the 2015 Oregon Virtual Reference Summit (<a href="https://www.answerland.org/summit">https://www.answerland.org/summit</a>) are generously provided by Emporia State University School of Library and Information Management.<br>
<br>
For the 2015 Summit, you will need to register and pay the $50 fee and the scholarship will come in the form of a reimbursement after the Summit.<br>
<br>
To apply for the scholarship, please fill out the application (<a href="http://goo.gl/forms/0H1SIa2Wrx">http://goo.gl/forms/0H1SIa2Wrx</a>) explaining why you should receive a scholarship and demonstrating a clear statement of economic need (100-200 words).<br>
<br>
Preference will be given to:<br>
<br>
*rural libraries and libraries not near the conference site;<br>
*those who have not previously received a scholarship for the Oregon Virtual Reference Summit;<br>
*those who have not previously attended an Oregon Virtual Reference Summit event;<br>
*those who clearly demonstrate an economic need for the scholarship.<br>
<br>
The deadline for submitting applications is March 15, 2015. You can expect to receive a response by March 22, 2015. Registration for the conference is open now!
