situations. At Medford (Oregon) we have a 2 story library with
restrooms on both floors. Last year I worked in the largest
library in California's Alameda County. It is 2 stories and has
restrooms on the first floor only. The latter case is not unusual in
my experience, both as a patron and as a library staff member. </div>
