<b>Thursday, September 10 from 11:00am–12:00 pm PT.</b> The portal – part of the E-rate Productivity Center or EPC (pronounced "epic") – will become the primary channel for applicants, service providers, and consultant to file program forms, ask questions,
and manage their information.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
