(eligible recipients of research services) to Division 20. Division 20 will be renamed from “Fees” to “Government Information Services” and adopt rules that will address the process and procedures relating to state agency use of the State Library resources,
the approval, negotiation and maintenance of subscriptions and reference-related databases for state government, and the certification of state agency libraries excluding the State Archives and the State of Oregon Law Library.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
