use tobacco products." We interpret "smoking" broadly to include
pretty much anything.<br>

I'm not sure if you're looking for something for the Personnel
Policies, too, but here's a section of our Controlled Substances
policy that relates to smoking:<br>

wishing to stop smoking or using tobacco products are encouraged

through the District's Employee Assistance Program (EAP)."</font><br>
