<p class="MsoPlainText">Mt. Hood Community College invites applications from enthusiastic and service-oriented librarians for the position of Faculty Librarian. This faculty position will work closely with the Director and other members of the library team
to develop and provide a program of comprehensive information literacy instruction for the students, faculty and staff of MHCC. The librarian will also serve as a member of the reference and collection management team, as well as represent the library on various
leadership committees. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Minimum Qualifications:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">ALA-accredited master’s degree in library science; three years of experience as a professional librarian; experience in developing and delivering information literacy instruction; experience in general reference and public information
work.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Preferred Qualifications:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Five years of experience in higher education/academic library; significant working experience serving community college students; experience coordinating, scheduling, and assessing an information literacy instruction program; experience
doing collection development in an academic library.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Salary: $51,334 annually<o:p></o:p></p>
