<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">August is here and that means it is time to hurry and get your registrations in for the Association for Rural and Small Libraries (ARSL) annual conference October 27-29th in Fargo, ND. Early bird registration and

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">Secondly, this conference is incredibly affordable. Full conference rates begin at $243.85, which includes 3 breakfast meals, 2 lunches, the welcome reception, and all author events. This year our keynote speakers
