<span style="color:#333333">The Library Operations Manager supervises the day to day operations of the Library, including circulation, technical services and shelving. The position is assisted by three work leaders who help guide services in each of those areas.
The Library Operations Manager reports to the Library Director. The successful candidate will have a strong record of supervision, as well as a detailed knowledge of cataloging and technical services, merchandising and customer service. The successful candidate
will be self-motivated and eager to create efficiencies within the library, and to work to improve customer experience.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
