<p class="MsoNormal">This scholarship award is open to any support staff member (who has not obtained an MLS/MLIS degree) who is currently employed in a public, academic, school, or special library in the Southern Oregon Library Federation (SOLF) region of
Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, and Lake Counties (entries from other counties are not eligible). Additional eligibility requirements do apply.
