in the development and implementation of professional development programs for
the over 1200 librarians from more than 90 countries, Schnuer has extensive
experience in leadership programs and has worked on country specific professional

Cooperation, coordinating projects featuring the library as a community center.
For two terms Svetlana served as Standing Committee member for the Library
Services to Multicultural Population IFLA section.</span></p>
