"Yes" on Measure 10-145 campaign that is trying to prevent the region's 
11 libraries from permanent closure.  DCLS Library Director Harold Hayes
 has written an informative article that will clarify any remaining 
questions.  In his article, Douglas County’s ‘Long and Winding Road,' 
Harold describes how their libraries have been kept open temporarily by 
unprecedented grants from The Ford Family Foundation and <span class="gmail-text_exposed_show">the
