Institute: Oregon Libraries Answer the Challenge, and the Guest Editors are Pam
North and Ann Roseberry. The Aspen Institute's critical report offered
strategies for public libraries to succeed in these modern times, and Oregon
librarians have written about how their efforts align with these suggestions. </p>
