<p class="MsoPlainText">OLA's Children's Services Division is hosting its 2016 Fall Workshop at Multnomah County Library's Midland branch on Saturday, October 29th from 9am-4pm.

<p class="MsoPlainText">The workshop will focus particularly on summer reading program development for 2017, library summer food programs, hearing from McMinnville Library about using Beanstack to manage summer reading online, plus panel discussions with local
experts about how to provide more inclusive library services to diverse populations. Attendees will also be able to network and collaborate with other youth services library staff from around the state. Remember to bring business cards for connections after
the workshop!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">But wait, there’s more! Leave the workshop ready to plan for summer reading 2017, and with your summer reading manual in hand! Manuals will be available for pick up at this event, barring any shipping delays. Attendees, please plan on
picking up manuals for as many libraries in your system, county, or courier service area as possible to help us reduce shipping costs. <o:p></o:p></p>
