January 9, 2017.</b> This innovative, <b>online</b> post-masters certificate will give youth service librarians the skills they need to integrate the latest research on learning, technology, community partnerships and design thinking into their practice with
 youth ages 0-18. Substantial tuition support is available through the generosity of the Institute of Museum and Library Services. More information about the certificate and the application process is available at:
