<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Beaverton Library Foundation has good success with DonorPerfect, a web-based database which we subscribe to through TechSoup. We started last year and went back and entered eight years of donor records into the
system.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We use it for appeal letters, thank yous, and figuring out when donors reach a “recognition level” (such as offering to put their name on our donor wall.)

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">It’s pretty easy to use, but not as robust as some other systems out there. DonorPerfect can integrate with older versions of QuickBooks, but can’t yet work with QB online. When that happens, life will be happy

<p class="MsoNormal">We just had a very successful Library Foundation retreat and my group that had been a bit stagnate is ready to hit the ground running!

<p class="MsoNormal">One thing they would like to do is manage our gifts online, with cloud based software that multiple members (treasurer, secretary, fundraising chair, etc) can access from home to manage donors, send out appeal letters, thank you letters,

I’m wondering if anyone has a service they have been happy with and would like to recommend (or if you tried one that was horrible, that would be nice to know too).
