originally taught in a facilitated, online format to participants from all types of libraries, subject specialization and library experience levels. Based on their experiences with the program, the

was developed as a partnership among the South Central Regional Library Council, Syracuse University's School of Information Studies, and the Empire State Library Network and funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The program is comprised
