with literature. She published her definitive thinking and research as <i>Radical Change: Books for Youth in a Digital Age in 1999</i>. USBBY, in planning for the 12th IBBY Regional Conference in Seattle in conjunction with the Information School at the University
of Washington, is pleased to announce the theme in honor of Eliza, a professor at the university, <b>"Radical Change Beyond Borders - the Transforming Power of Children's Literature in a Digital age."</b> </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
