Internet Archive is currently offering grants to public libraries and librarians as part of a new program to build community history web archives. This program is designed to support public librarians in developing expertise in creating collections of historically
valuable web materials that document their local communities. The project, <em><span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Community Webs: Empowering Public Librarians to Create Community History Web Archives<b>,</b></span></em> is funded by the IMLS as
part of a Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian grant.<br>
