ByWater Solutions was created with the express goal of changing the way libraries interact with their software and the vendors who support them. We believe that libraries deserve to have access to a personalized, comprehensive support system at a reasonable cost. Our team is made up of a small and close knit group of librarians and technology specialists. We are currently seeking an individual for our Support Department who will be key in assisting our library partners when they have questions about Koha.  We pride ourselves in being the best in the industry and need you to join our team!

As a Support Lead at ByWater, you will interact with many different types of libraries across the US. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about libraries and who can bring fresh and creative ideas to our support team.  If you enjoy learning, working on puzzles, solving problems, identifying trends and metrics; then we're looking for you! 

Desired skills:
    •    1-2 years experience in libraries or technology
    •    An understanding and passion for libraries
    •    Comfort with the Linux command line (or similar)
    •    Excellent telephone and written communication skills
    •    Excellent problem solving skills
    •    Self direction to work independently
    •    Strong work ethic
    •    Commitment to Open Source
    •    Comfortable working from home
