<p class="MsoNormal"><span class="position-summary">The Law Library Manager reports to the Law Reference Librarian in charge of Access Services, with additional oversight and support provided the senior Law Reference Librarian. Main responsibilities include:
coordination and direction of all Access Services and facilities management of the John E. Jaqua Law Library, including supervision and training of 2.0 FTE classified staff; Hires, trains, and supervises 12-20 part-time access services student assistants;
Serves as a liaison and collaborates/consults with staff in other Library and Law School units to improve joint programs; Participates in Library and University committees as appointed and approved by the Law Library Director; Recommends and implements decisions
regarding hours of operations and staff work assignments; Works with team members on complex problem-solving; Communicates service recommendations and needs to supervisor (the Law Reference Librarian in charge of Access Services), the senior Law Reference
