<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I'll second Leah's recommendation for Birchard. I've worked at a few libraries that have them. They're quite heavy-duty, and I always had good customer service experiences with them the few times I had to call.<br>

We like the rubber bins, especially the big black one as we have to push our bin across the parking lot and this is high enough so it's not hard on their backs. It's really easy to push. It also has a combo lock, so staff don't have to hassle with a key
(or forget the key in their pocket and take it home).<br clear="none">

We are in the process of selecting a new book return for our library. We are looking at the following options, one from Kinglsey and one from American Book Returns. We have harsh winter weather with lots of snow, which could potentially pile up around the return
for awhile as we await shoveling services. We have wind. We have dust. We have -24 temps. We have 95 temps. What say you?<br clear="none">
