<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" face="Calibri"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">After many months of work by the Statewide Database Licensing Advisory Committee (SDLAC), a Request for Proposal (RFP) has been released for the next statewide database contract
beginning in August 2018. A description of the SDLAC’s work on developing the RFP can be found it
<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/technology/sdlp/SDLAC2017AnnualReport_final.pdf">
its 2017 annual report</a>. Committee members will begin reviewing proposals for the next statewide contract in February and make a recommendation to the LSTA Council by May 2018. The current Gale/Cengage contract will expire in July 2018. For questions,
