<p class="MsoPlainText">The Student Success Librarian collaborates with library faculty and staff, academic faculty, and other campus partners to develop, implement, and coordinate library services designed to improve student success and retention, with an
 emphasis on services delivered by Access Services and Tutoring and Learning Services. As head of Access Services and Tutoring and Learning Services, this position takes a leadership role in ensuring that the delivery of library information resources and writing
 and tutoring support are aligned with students needs and are coordinated with other library services to best facilitate both undergraduate and graduate students’ academic success. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction and management for Access
 Services and Tutoring and Learning Services in collaboration with the Dean of University Libraries; developing and delivering training for student peer tutors; participating in the library’s instruction program for both undergraduate and graduate students;
 and building partnerships with academic student support services across the university. This position reports to the Dean of University Libraries, is a member of the Library Faculty, and works as a library team member in a rapidly changing, technology-rich
 environment. Library faculty members are expected to engage in university and professional service, as well as relevant scholarly activities that advance personal and institutional practice. This is an 11-month annual contract on an extended-term track appointment.<o:p></o:p></p>
