innovative librarian who believes in the mission of the local public library
and who is a responsive, proactive leader. This candidate has an aptitude and
interest in human resources management and a knack with numbers since the position
serves as the Library’s budget officer.<span></span></p>
<p style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">This person will understand that the library must always be sensitive to the
constantly changing needs of the local communities so an interest in how
current and future technologies apply in a library is essential. A bias toward
