<p class="MsoNormal">The consultants here at the State Library are often asked for examples of public library policies. Our colleagues in Colorado, in collaboration with the Association of Small and Rural Libraries (ARSL), have recently launched a new web site
collection of policies, the <span style="color:black"><a href="http://bit.ly/publibpolicies" target="_blank">Public Library Policy Collection</a>. The collection places special emphasis on policies for small public libraries.
