<p class="MsoNormal">For summer reading 2019, Don O’Brien from the Bay Area will be in Portland August 12-18. He is looking for other libraries he can perform at within a 50 mile radius. Don’s shows include “Multicultural Music from Around the World” and “Xtreme
Science Magic” (which he dubs his “Las Vegas Laser Light Show”). His summer science program will have an emphasis on outer space focusing on planets, rocketry and interplanetary travel. Don also incorporates everyday household objects into his science programs
for the youngest budding scientist to understand basic science principles, while also providing a laser light show to add to the excitement.<o:p></o:p></p>
