<p class="MsoNormal">Good morning, all. Roseburg Public Library is less than a month away from opening, and we’re grateful for all of the assistance we’ve received from librarians around the state. Thank you for your generosity!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have established non-resident library card fees, and local residents have responded by saying they want to donate money for a library card sponsorship program to pay those fees. We’re wondering if anyone is doing this and would share
their model for how to distribute the funds. Are you randomly drawing from all people requesting a free card, are you using free and reduced lunch as your guideline, or do you have another process? And if you have an application form, would you consider sharing
it?<o:p></o:p></p>
