<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The City of Newberg is excited to announce an opening for Library Director. The Library Director is a member of the Executive Management Team for the city and is
also an active member in the regional library cooperative. The library has added services such as Library of Things, virtual reality programming, sensory storytimes and more in recent years. The 12.74 FTE staff are dedicated to serving the community and
work to establish and maintain partnerships with organizations in Newberg. Pay Grade 200 - $7,455-$9,544 monthly. An attractive benefit package is also provided, including medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, and AD&D
coverage with the City paying 90% of the premium for the employee and dependents. It is a PERS position with 6% City paid. This position receives administrative leave in addition to generous vacation and sick accruals. Graduation from a college or university
