<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt">Our Library Dog Otto was crowned last night as King of the Rose Festival Canine Court. He will ride on a float with his Queen Fancy, A Pomeranian, and his Court of 4 other dogs. We are so excited to share
him with Oregon and help get the word out on early childhood literacy, and Oregon Libraries. I have attached a few news segments from last night. We were fortunate to have a large contingency from our community at the Heathman Hotel to cheer him on including
our Police Chief, Assistant City Manager, Finance Manager, Library Foundation Board Members, and other Library patrons. Otto has been with us since he was 8 weeks old, and is a celebrity in our community.
