<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Outreach Specialist: </b><span style="color:black;background:white">Springfield Public Library seeks an enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated individual to serve as our </span><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";background:white;font-weight:normal">Outreach
Specialist</span></strong><span style="color:black;background:white"> for an exciting new grant funded project. Under the direction of the Associate Manager, the Outreach Specialist will put into action outreach services to promote library services through
the implementation of the grant funded “Get On Board” program. The Outreach Specialist will establish relationships with Title 1 schools to create and sustain a relationship between students and their families with the public library. Working directly with
the Title 1 coordinators at the schools, the Specialist will help identify families who could most benefit from transportation help to access the library. This person will also promote library services throughout the community at large.</span><b><o:p></o:p></b></p>
