wants you to join our amazing team! The Library is recruiting for a Youth Services Manager. This is an exciting leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating and managing library services and creative programming for Deschutes Public Library’s young
residents age 0 to 17, their caregivers and families as well as services and programming for all ages of the Library’s Latinx communities.

lifelong learning, readers’ advisory and youth-oriented outreach. Primary duties for supervising Latinx coordinators that serve all ages are similar with the addition of some adult-oriented services and outreach. Must demonstrate success in a number of
areas such as leadership, team development, effective communication and collaboration, excellent customer service, change management and inspiring innovation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
