This provides convenience for the library user and saves staff time involved with issuing visitor passes. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>To get a Computer Use only card, kids fill out a registration form (home address required), and we mail a Parent Notification Letter informing the parent(s) that their child has been issued a card for that purpose and inviting them to visit the library to upgrade it to a card with checkout privileges.
