<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Youth Services Manager position is an exciting leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating and managing library services and creative programming for Deschutes Public Library’s
young residents age 0 to 17, their caregivers and families as well as services and programming for all ages of the Library’s Latinx communities.
<span style="color:black">Primary duties include developing and implementing dynamic youth services strategies and supervising community librarians that provide services to promote reading and early literacy, lifelong learning, readers’ advisory and youth-oriented
outreach. Primary duties for supervising Latinx coordinators that serve all ages are similar with the addition of some adult-oriented services and outreach. Must demonstrate success in a number of areas such as leadership, team development, effective communication
and collaboration, excellent customer service, change management and inspiring innovation.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Starting monthly salary range is </span>
