<p class="MsoNormal">The Census Equity Fund of Oregon has opened another RFP to distribute funding to organizations that want to become Census Assistance Centers (CACs) focusing on Hard to Count (HTC) populations in select counties. Here is the list of counties

<p class="MsoNormal">CACs are expected to provide an effective on-the-ground presence for the 2020 census in order to raise public awareness, deliver trustworthy information, and provide options for self-respondents to receive questionnaire support. Awards
will generally range between $10,000-$30,000 with a maximum of $40,000.<o:p></o:p></p>
