to help U.S. grantmakers streamline their international giving. As NGOsource's program manager, LaCheka oversees and coordinates various projects, relationships, and other strategic initiatives across the program. She also spearheaded TechSoup’s inclusion
and diversity initiative in October 2019. She has since developed an internal employee committee named B.R.I.D.G.E. (Building Respect, Inclusion, Diversity and Global Equity), where she helps create events, activities and other opportunities to champion TS
