voter suppression. Panelists will also consider the chimera of voter fraud and how it is being used as a subversive tool to undercut our democracy. The session will begin with a short documentary that goes behind the scenes of the so-called “voter integrity”

and relationships between women, libraries, and activism. From early literary clubs to today’s radical feminists, libraries have always been a haven for both women and activists. Hear “herstory” from a diverse group of librarians and learn more about how this
relationship developed and grew into today’s current activism. See how far we’ve come and what else is left to do. Note: this is a recording our ALA Annual presentation. Panelists will be available afterwards for live discussions and questions.
