<span style="color:red">Two staff people assigned. The person who pulls holds for the day, calls people who do not receive email notification to let them know that their holds are available, then acts as the runner taking items down to the parking lot (we are
on the second floor) this shift is about 5 hours. Another person has a two hour shift, they manage the appointments and get the holds checked out. There is also one or two people that are answering phones and filling out the spread sheet for the pick-ups.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">How many staff members do you have on site to provide this service?

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:red">We have people come between 1-3pm each day after they have received notice that their holds are available. They call us when they arrive, or make prior arrangements if they don’t have a cell phone. We have a spread
sheet that is filled out as they arrive - name, library card #, phone # make of car and curbside or trunk for leaving the bag of items. The spread sheets are erased after we gather the stats. The runner takes the bag of items down and finds the person/car
that goes with the bag. We have a bookmark stapled to the bag that explains our quarantine procedure as well as the date/time that items were last touched by a staff member wearing a mask and gloves.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
