<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The OLA Technical Services Round Table (TSRT) has two leadership opportunities for this coming year: Vice-Chair and Secretary.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Vice-Chair would serve one year in that position (starting in September) and then one year as Chair.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Secretary is a two-year term starting in September.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">You have to be a current TSRT member, but you do not have to have previous experience for either position – just a willingness to learn and get involved.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">TSRT’s activities are primarily focused on developing professional educational opportunities for tech services workers – the annual OLA conference being our main focus.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">In a typical year we have two major business meetings, which can be conducted remotely, so travel is not required.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.75pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#4A4A4A">TSRT's general objective is to provide a framework for information sharing, continuing education, and moral support for library workers
currently engaged in technical services activities. Specifically, the group has three aims:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
