Hi all,</div>

Our library is working on a program where we will be checking out laptops and hotspots to be used at home by our users. I was talking with our IT Manager about this and we need to figure out a way to provide some monitoring so that users follow our library
technology use policy when using these devices from home. IT is the most concerned about being able to prevent users from doing anything illegal with our devices and possibly being able to track them down if they are lost or stolen. Our IT manager suggested
using a software called NetMotion to do this, but is is a fairly expensive software.</div>

I would love some advice from other libraries that check out technology or hotspots on how you monitor them and ensure you get them back. Also, bonus points if anyone would be willing to share with me your policies or user agreements regarding tech to check
out. </div>
