them on “education matters affecting Latino/a/x and Indigenous students and families. This effort seeks to address systemic inequities experienced by Latino/a/x students through focused investments and community partnerships.” Committee membership applications
are available in English and Spanish and are due October 16<sup>th</sup>. The Word and PDF versions of the application include details about the committee and the commitment. ODE is looking for representatives from urban and rural communities, Indigenous and
immigrant populations, English language learners, individuals with disabilities, parents and students, youth who identify as LGBTQ, and community organizations serving Latino or Hispanic youth and families. If you have questions, please contact Michael Reyes
