<p class="MsoNormal">The Reference Coordinating Council is responsible for coordinating the delivery of library, information, and reference services provided by the State Library, the State Archives, and the State of Oregon Law Library, promoting collaboration,
and reducing duplication of effort.<o:p></o:p></p>
