<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">As many of you likely know, there have been some ongoing changes with the 2020 Census deadline. On September 24<sup>th</sup>, a federal court ordered the U.S. Census
Bureau to extend the enumeration deadline back to October 31<sup>st</sup>. The U.S. Department of Justice is in the process of
<a href="https://www.npr.org/2020/09/24/912071784/court-orders-census-counting-to-continue-through-oct-31-appeal-expected">
appealing the decision</a>. To further complicate things, yesterday Sec. Ross announced October 5<sup>th</sup> as the target deadline to wrap up the count. The U.S. Census Bureau has updated parts of their
<a href="https://2020census.gov/en/news-events/rumors/follow-up.html">website</a> to reflect this new date.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
